CBRE recently represented Reuter Walton Development in the sale of The Grove, a 118-unit apartment complex in St. Paul, Minnesota, to Continental Properties Company.
Ted Abramson, Keith Collins and Abe Appert of CBRE Minneapolis represented the seller in the transaction.
The Grove is an in-fill St. Paul neighborhood development with proximity to Macalester, Grand Avenue and access to both Minneapolis and Saint Paul.
Built in 2019, the 79,558-square-foot property consists of studio, alcove, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans and is located on Snelling Avenue within the Mac-Groveland neighborhood, just south of Interstate-94.
