CBRE Multifamily represented ownership in the sale of Track 29, a 198-unit apartment communityin Minneapolis, to an institutional buyer for $53.2 million.
Track 29 is a 148,082-square-foot apartment community at 2841 Bryant Avenue South along the north side of the Midtown Greenway in the heart of the vibrant Uptown area.
Abe Appert, Keith Collins, Ted Abramson and Laura Hanneman in CBRE’s Minneapolis office represented the seller, Bryant Apartments LLC, a local private investment partnership.
