CBRE Group welcomed Jim Blake as the director of property tax services at the firm’s Midwestern Valuation and Advisory Group in Chicago, Illinois.
Blake will advise CBRE clients on all aspects of property tax, from pre-acquisition due diligence to property tax minimization by assessment analysis and appeals before local assessors and review boards in Cook County and the Midwest.
Prior to joining CBRE, Blake worked at Paradigm Tax Group, Sears Holding Corp. and General Growth Properties. He was also a tax consultant for True Partners Consulting and Deloitte Tax.
