Joseph Kearney has joined CBRE‘s Asset Services team in Cleveland as a senior real estate manager.
Kearney is responsible for the opening preparations and day-to-day operations of the newly built Ernst & Young Office Tower in Cleveland. The office tower will welcome its first tenant, CBRE, Inc., on May 28.
Before joining CBRE, Kearney worked for Carnegie Management and Development Corporation for 13 years as vice president of property management. At Carnegie, he managed more than 3.5 million square feet of retail, office and government agency facilities.
