CBRE Hotels announced that it has arranged the sale of a 428-room DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, according to a statement from the firm.
CBRE’s Nate Sahn and Peter Greene represented the seller, PHF Oak Brook LLC, an affiliate of Fillmore Capital Partners.
The hotel located at 1909 Spring Road provides amenities such as 35,000-square-feet of meeting space, a grand ballroom and outdoor gazebo. Atrium Cafe and Foxes Sports Bar and Grille offer dining service for guests. Other amenities include a leased barber shop, three shuttle vans, meeting spaces, a shoe shine station and a business center.
