CBRE Hotels has sold the Red Roof Inn Columbus East in Reynoldsburg, Ohio, to AP Hotels, LLC.
The 108-room two-sory Red Roof Inn is located 10 miles from downtown Columbus.
Eric Belfrage, first vice president of CBRE Hotels in Columbus, and Tom Ives, senior vice presidents of CBRE Hotels in Atlanta, represented the seller, FMW RRI NC, LLC.
