On behalf of Clarion Partners, CBRE leased 41,108 square feet at 3210 Oak Grove Ave. in Waukegan to Polymax Thermoplastics.
The precast high-image facility located in the Oak Grove Business Park features 30-foot clear heights, four exterior docks, one drive-in door and new offices. The structure is situated on 5.93 acres, features parking for 60 cars and is minutes from the I-94/Grand Avenue interchange.
CBRE’s Zach Graham, Keith Puritz, Brett Kroner and Ryan Bain were the sole brokers on the transaction.
