CBRE represented TA Realty in the leasing of two industrial spaces at Capstone Business Center in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, to Cirtec Medical Corp. and Design Ready Controls, Inc.
The CBRE Minneapolis-based team of Matt Oelschlager, John Ryden, Mike Bowen, JP Maloney and Bjorik Mutize represented TA Realty in the transactions.
Design Ready Controls, Inc., will be leasing 28,449 square feet of overflow storage space at 9301 Winnetka Ave. N. Cirtec Medical Corp., will be leasing 69,072 square feet of manufacturing space at 9315 Winnetka Ave. N., both of which are leased to accommodate internal growth. Together, both sites total 97,521 square feet.
Developed by Capstone Quadrangle, Capstone Business Center is a 20-acre business park conveniently located along Highways 610 and 169. Both Cirtec Medical Corporation and Design Ready Controls, Inc., are scheduled to move into their new spaces within the first half of 2020.
