CBRE has been retained by Venture X to lease a 22,000-square-foot co-working facility at 220 W. Congress in Detroit.
Brendan George and Jasper Hanifi will lease the space on behalf of Venture X.
Set to open in late August, Venture X is a membership-based shared workspace and community that features a blend of boutique hotel and modern office styles. The space offers private offices, dedicated desks and conference rooms. Amenities include hi-tech meeting rooms, a café area, fully equipped podcast studio, event space and copy and print services. This is the firm’s first location in Michigan.
When open, the office will have safety measures in place to adhere to current local guidelines, including: anti-viral HVAC UV light, mandatory masks in common areas, touch-less sanitizer stations throughout the area, touchless faucets in restrooms and increased cleaning.
