CBRE is listing two former Sears properties in the Cleveland area, one in Mentor, Ohio, at the Great Lakes Mall, and a second in Middleburg Heights at Southland Shopping Center.
Joseph Khouri, first vice president with CBRE, and Kevin Moss, senior associate, are the exclusive listing agents for the properties.
The former Sears in Mentor is located at 7578 Johnnycake Ridge Road. The site is 20.01 acres and features a three-story, 208,712-square-foot retail building and a free-standing two-story 19,771-square-foot auto center.
The other store sits at the Southland Shopping Center at 6950 W. 130th St. in Middleburg Heights. The 14.93-acre site features a 350,000-square-foot retail building and a two-story building that includes a 70,066-square-foot auto center.
