CBRE is listing more than 70 acres of industrial-zoned land for sale or lease in the southern portion of Columbus, Ohio.
Joseph Kimener, senior associate with CBRE, is the lasting agent for 2211 Parsons Ave., the former home of Columbus Castings.
Construction crews are already taking on demolition work at the site. This phase of the project is expected to wrap by the end of this year.
The site has direct access to rail, interstate and state highways, and has utilities in place.
