CBRE is offering for sale the 150,150-square-foot Lake Calhoun Center, a landmark office property located on the shores of Lake Calhoun in the Uptown area of Minneapolis.
The property is being sold on behalf of its owner, The Ackerberg Group.
The Uptown area has a large concentration of young professionals attracted to the area’s outdoor recreation, transportation and housing amenities. The Chain of Lakes surrounding Lake Calhoun Center is also home to many C-level executives from Minneapolis’ largest companies.
