CBRE has been hired by BASCO as the exclusive listing agent for a three-building, 104,000-square-foot office portfolio in downtown Detroit.
Brendan George, Jasper Hanifi and Matt Croswell will handle the listing for CBRE.
The three properties – 44 W. Michigan Ave., 220 W. Congress St. and 607 Shelby St. – are all located within the Detroit Financial District downtown.
44 W. Michigan is a 21,500-square-foot, three-story facility located at Campus Martius Park. 220 W. Congress St. and 607 Shelby St. are adjacent properties, combining for 83,000 square feet of space. 607 Shelby is 48,000 square feet, with only 2,300 square feet available. 220 W. Congress is vacant with 35,000 square feet available. The property is currently receiving major facade and interior work.
Adjacent to both properties, an alleyway will be “activated” to include new lighting, artwork and space for retailers.
