CBRE has been appointed as the leasing agent for LaSalle Plaza, a 653,134-square-foot Class-A office and retail tower that was constructed around the Historic State Theatre in downtown Minneapolis.
LaSalle Plaza, located at 800 LaSalle St., is owned by a partnership between Invesco and Zeller Realty Group. Ann Rinde, Mike Wilhelm and Anna Kubes of CBRE’s Minneapolis office will lead the leasing efforts of the building’s remaining vacancy. CBRE is a tenant in the building.
With the building currently 85 percent occupied, the team will focus on filling the available space while renewing and expanding existing tenants. The marketing center will be featured in CBRE’s offices on the 19th and 20th floors of LaSalle Plaza.
Invesco and ZRG have recently invested in significant upgrades to LaSalle Plaza’s common areas including a first-floor conferencing center, tenant lounge and complimentary fitness center for the tenants.
On-site amenities include a variety of restaurants such as Capital Grille, CRAVE, Rock Bottom Brewery, Bep Eatery, Green & The Grain, Dunn Brothers Coffee and Good 2 Go as well as services including a hair salon, dentist, chiropractor, convenience store and eye clinic. Retailers in the building benefit from skyway connectivity and Hennepin Avenue street access in the heart of downtown’s Theatre District.
