Matt Steiner has been promoted to director of project management in CBRE’s Omaha office. Steiner will work to grow CBRE’s project management service offerings in Omaha and increase CBRE’s project management market position across a variety of asset sectors.
Steiner brings more than 20 years of industry experience to the position, specifically with major capital investment, tenant improvements and ground-up projects. His success in managing client objectives and delivering projects on-time within the budget comes from effectively managing the project planning, design and construction coordination, budget, schedule and close out phases of the project management process.
Steiner has worked on several assignments in the healthcare sector, including the 400,000-plus-square-foot Hubbard Center for Children hospital campus expansion at Children’s Hospital and Medical Center.
