CBRE announced that Kim Collins has been promoted to director of property management in Indianapolis.
Previously the associate director for property management, Collins will now take the main leadership role as the director. She will oversee all aspects of property management including the staffing, financial management, business development, client relations and the supervision of more than 21 personnel for the Indianapolis area.
Collins has 17 years of commercial real estate experience managing more than 20 million square feet of office, industrial, flex, retail and medical product space in the greater Indianapolis area.
Since coming on board in 2016, Collins has increased CBRE’s property management market share, diversified the property management team personnel and doubled revenue while increasing margins. Collins will oversee a portfolio consisting of more than 90 properties and 17 million square feet under management.
