Keith Brandt has been named managing director and market leader of CBRE’s Cleveland business.
In this role, Brandt will oversee the operations of the company’s Cleveland and Akron offices and drive its growth strategy for all Advisory Services lines of business, including Advisory & Transaction Services, Investment Sales, Debt & Structured Finance, Property Management and Valuation & Advisory Services.
Brandt has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, most recently as Senior Vice President of Retail, Office & Residential Leasing and Asset Management at Brookfield Asset Management. In this role, he was responsible for driving revenue and managing operations for properties across the U.S. and served on the firm’s Enterprise Operating Committee, Real Estate Operating Committee, IT Prioritization Committee and had involvement in the Investment Committee.
Brandt previously held roles of increasing responsibility at Forest City Realty Trust, which was acquired by Brookfield Asset Management in 2018.
