CBRE has appointed Leah FitzGerald to lead its Kansas City, Missouri, business as managing director and market leader.
In this role, FitzGerald will oversee the operations of the company’s Kansas City office and drive its growth strategy for all Advisory Services lines of business, including Advisory & Transaction Services, Investment Sales, Debt & Structured Finance, Property Management and Valuation & Advisory Services.
FitzGerald brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience through design and development. She most recently served as director of development services at VanTrust Real Estate, managing projects throughout the country.
FitzGerald earned a bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture and a Certificate of Community Planning and Real Estate from the College of Architecture Planning & Design at Kansas State University.
