CBRE has promoted Gail Burke to managing director and market leader for property management in Nashville, Tennessee.
In this role, Burke will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for more than 15 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties that CBRE manages on behalf of building owners and investors.
Burke was previously a senior director in CBRE’s San Francisco office where she oversaw more than 30 million square feet of office, industrial, life science, retail and mixed-use assets. She brings more than 30 years of diverse real estate experience and significant involvement with trade organizations in various leadership positions.
