CBRE has appointed Kimberley Kinsley managing director and market leader for its Indianapolis business. In this role, she will oversee all advisory services lines of business, including leasing, sales, debt and structured finance, valuation and property management.
Kinsley joins CBRE from global beverage company Diageo, where she served as sales analytics manager. During her tenure, she focused on increasing revenues by identifying areas of opportunity and risk mitigation.
Before that, Kinsley served as finance manager, overseeing two bourbon production plants and providing financial, compliance and business performance support. She began her career with PwC, first in Indianapolis and later in New York City, as an assurance senior associate.
Kinsley earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ball State University, and she is a certified public accountant.
