CBRE announced that Michael Kaider, first vice president, has been named to the firm’s Net Lease Property Group.
CBRE’s Net Lease Property Group is a select team of senior level capital markets professionals that specialize in the sale, purchase and recapitalization of single-tenant, net leased properties throughout the United States.
Based on the quantity and quality of Kaider’s transactions over the past several years, CBRE noted, he was voted into the prestigious Net Lease Property Group by fellow colleagues of the firm.
Kaider leads the retail single tenant net lease practice for CBRE’s National Retail Investment Group’s Chicago team. Since the group’s foundation, it has accounted for the sale of more than 125 single tenant properties totaling well over $550 million.
