Michael Copella is a new managing director at CBRE. He will oversee the company’s Columbus, Ohio, operations starting July 1, succeeding Rob Click.
Click is stepping down as Columbus’ market leader but will remain with CBRE to work witih key clients and on corporate initiatives.
Copella has been a vice president in CBRE’s Office Services group in Columbus since 2011. He has focused on tenant representation.
Before joining CBRE, Copella was vice president at Alterra Real Estate Advisors. During his nine years in commercial real estate, he has served such clients as Anthem Blue Cross, American Health Network and Mount Carmel Health System.
