CBRE Group has appointed Scott Marshall to executive managing director of industrial services. In this position, he will lead 850 CBRE professionals.
Marshall succeeds Ed Schreyer, who was recently promoted to president of agency brokerage/asset services for CBRE in the Americas.
For the past two years, Marshall has served as a senior managing director of CBRE’s Oak Brook, Ill., office, where he oversees its Chicago-area industrial and suburban office agency groups.
