CBRE recently made two key promotions in the Midwest region.
CBRE promoted Michael Copella to senior managing director, expanding his responsibilities to include oversight of the company’s operations in Louisville and Pittsburgh.
Copella previously served as managing director of CBRE’s Ohio business, which includes offices in Columbus, Cleveland and Cincinnati. He will retain oversight for Ohio in his new role.
Copella joined CBRE in 2011 as a vice president in the company’s advisory and transaction services group before being named Columbus market leader in 2014.
CBRE has also promoted Jeff Kaiser to senior managing director, expanding his responsibilities to include oversight of the company’s operations in Kansas City, Missouri, and Omaha, Nebraska.
Kaiser was previously managing director for CBRE’s St. Louis business and will continue in this role in his new position.
Kaiser joined CBRE in 2000 after serving in various office and field positions at McCarthy Construction.
