CBRE promoted Chris Schastok to Vice Chairman, the firm’s highest professional title for producers. Schastok is a member of CBRE’s Site Selection & Incentives group within the Advisory Services Practice, based in Chicago.
For more than 13 years at CBRE, Schastok has helped clients translate business objectives into site selection strategy and economic incentive negotiations, working alongside the broader planning and execution of corporate real estate initiatives.
He has negotiated billions in incentives on clients’ behalf, with experience across corporate headquarters, food production, manufacturing and distribution center projects.
