CBRE arranged a 150,000-square-foot, long-term lease with Horwitz, LLC at Building 4 of the Dakota Commerce Center, a 633,200-square-foot industrial park in Fargo, North Dakota.
CBRE’s Chance Lindsey, Kyle Ferderer and Levi Gross represented the owner and development partners of Dakota Commerce Center, Hyde Development and Gremada Industries, in the lease negotiations.
Dakota Commerce Center is located at 4060 37th St. N., offering immediate access to Interstate 29 and proximity to Hector International Airport. Construction on the Class A, four-building industrial development began in 2021, with the delivery of the final building in Q1 2026.
The property features several amenities, including ample truck parking, outdoor common areas, 32-foot clear heights, ESFR sprinkler systems, dock and drive-in doors and additional trailer parking.
