CBRE has arranged a new 46,187 square foot lease at Corridors II, a Group RMC-owned Class-A office building within the Corridors office complex in Downers Grove, Illinois. Ryerson, one of North America’s largest metal distributors, has signed a lease and will occupy the space in November 2025.
CBRE’s Pete Adamo and Adam Lawler represented Corridors ownership in the transaction. Ryerson was represented by Jordan Rovito and Dirk Riekse of Cushman & Wakefield.
Corridors is a 500,000 SF, three-building suburban office complex prominently situated at the intersection of 355 I-355 and I-88. Corridors offers tenants updated amenities throughout the development including multiple fitness and conference facilities, a full-service deli, and covered parking.
According to a recent CBRE report, office leasing volume in Chicago’s suburbs steadily increased throughout 2024, led by manufacturing and logistics tenants as well as business and financial services tenants.
