CBRE Capital Markets has arranged the sale of a four-property corporate office portfolio in the Minneapolis area totaling 374,942 square feet to a joint venture between Artemis Real Estate Partners and Eage Ridge Partners.
Judd Welliver, Ryan Watts, Sonja Dusil and Tom Holtz in CBRE’s Minneapolis office represented the seller, a private real estate fund. The sale closed Nov. 6.
The portfolio includles suburban office warehouse properties in Golden Valley and Hopkins, Minnesota. The portfolio was 93 percent occupied at the time of sale.
