CBRE arranged a lease renewal and expansion for Sonex Health at Grand Oak IV, a 43,200-square-foot industrial property in Eagan, Minnesota. The company’s total footprint is expanding from 20,000 to 31,000 square feet to accommodate its continued growth in office and manufacturing operations.
CBRE’s Mike Bowen and Matt Oelschlager represented the tenant in the transaction.
Sonex Health is an Eagan-based medical device company founded in 2014 by two former Mayo Clinic physicians, Dr. Darryl Barnes and Dr. Jay Smith. After developing and launching UltraGuideCTR, a device that enables carpal tunnel release to be performed under ultrasound guidance, Sonex Health introduced a second device, UltraGuideTFR, for trigger finger release.
