CBRE facilitated the sale of the Sawyer Point Building, a Class-A, 182,700-square-foot office building in Cincinnati.

Matrix Holdings, LLC, purchased the property from Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Company.

CBRE’s Steve Timmel, CCIM, Will Roberts, John Eckert and Travis Likes represented the seller in the transaction.

Building amenities include a rooftop deck, a two-story sky-lit atrium, a fully furnished fitness center, conference center, EV charging stations, a 24/7 self-service Company Kitchen market, and a 100-stall underground parking garage. The building also offers convenient access to Route 50 and Interstates 471 and 71.

The four-story property is located at 720 E. Pete Rose Way, just east of the Daniel Carter Beard Bridge, within the central business district office submarket in downtown Cincinnati. Originally built in 1916, the building was converted to office use in 2001 and underwent renovations from 2020 to 2024.
