CBRE arranged the sale of Canterbury Green, a 2,000-unit multifamily community in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Morgan Properties purchased the property from Osso and GoldOller.

The sale represents the largest single‑asset multifamily transaction ever completed in the state of Indiana.

CBRE’s Hannah Ott, George Tikijian, Cam Benz, Claire Hassfurther, Ryan Stockamp, Taylor Ford and Sean Pingel represented the seller in the transaction.

Located at 2727 Canterbury Blvd., Canterbury Green sits near a variety of retail amenities and major employers and is adjacent to Purdue University Fort Wayne, one of the region’s fastest‑growing institutions. Built in 1969-1978, the property features a range of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, single‑story homes with garages and multi‑level townhomes.

Community and unit amenities include an 8‑hole golf course, multiple swimming pools, a fitness center, coworking space, a theatre room, an on‑site restaurant and lounge, racquetball and tennis courts and several outdoor recreation areas.
