CBRE sold RiversEdge Apartments, a 72-unit multifamily community at N16W2240 Watertown Road in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. Rivers Edge Holdings, LLC, purchased the property from GE Precision Healthcare, LLC, for an undisclosed price.
