CBRE has arranged the sale of University Crossing, an 84,150-square-foot medical office and industrial technology property at 2200 University Ave. W in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Essjay Investments sold the property to Capital Partners LLP in a transaction that closed on Dec. 15, 2021. The property traded for $14.8 million.
The CBRE Minneapolis Institutional Properties team of Judd Welliver, Sonja Dusil, Ryan Watts, Bentley Smith and Tom Holtz represented the seller, Essjay Investments Company, LLC, in the transaction.
“Built in 1990, the fully leased University Crossing is in the Midway area of St. Paul between the University of Minnesota and the St. Paul CBD. The property is 85 percent comprised of office/tech finishes and features 9’ office ceilings, 15’ warehouse clear height, 231 car parking spaces, 16 truck parking spaces, 10 drive-in doors, and 12 dock doors.
