CBRE has relocated its Grand Rapids office to 200 Ottawa Ave. NW, Suite 110 in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
The company has expanded its footprint from 1,444 square feet at 634 Front Ave NW to 4,350 square feet in a prime location in Grand Rapids’ central business district.
The new space features a modern workplace design, conference rooms for increased collaboration, free-address seating—where no employee has a dedicated desk or private office, natural light, and space to grow.
