CBRE announced the promotion of Cori McLain to managing director of Asset Services for the St. Louis and Kansas City markets.
Since joining CBRE in 2001, McLain has been providing advantage to clients and most recently served as the Director of Asset Services for the St. Louis office.
McLain will lead a staff of 95 management and engineering professionals to service a portfolio of office, industrial, and retail space totaling 25 million square feet. Significant properties under management include The Plaza in Clayton and Des Peres Corners in St. Louis, and Park Place in Kansas City.
