CBRE announced the promotion of Elizabeth Arnold to vice president within the firm’s Capital Markets, Debt & Structured Finance group.
Arnold works with both private and institutional clients across an array of product types and specializes in raising capital and structuring transactions for office, industrial, retail and multifamily properties in Chicago, the Midwest and nationally.
Since joining the team in 2011, she has participated in raising more than $1.5 billion in debt and equity and has closed deals with various lenders including banks, life insurance companies, conduits and agencies.
Arnold recently completed the financing of a $135 million office portfolio. Prior to joining CBRE, Arnold worked at Bank of America in various capacities in the company’s Commercial Real Estate Group.
