CBRE has promoted Jon Hinds and Katie Haywood to the title of senior vice president. The pair of industrial producers in CBRE’s St. Louis office earned the production-based titles through their commitment to their clients and their businesses.
Hinds and Haywood work as a team and have been involved in some of the most prolific industrial deals and developments in the region.
Hinds has been with CBRE since 2015, specializing in industrial brokerage. He has more than 27 years of commercial real estate experience, spanning industrial property leasing, speculative and build-to-suit development as well as land assemblage and disposition in the St. Louis metro area.
Haywood joined CBRE in 2016 and quickly earned the title of first vice president in 2018. During her 16 years in the industry, she has specialized in representation for agency and occupier clients, as well as transaction management services for distribution centers, warehouses and manufacturing facilities. Haywood was named to the St. Louis Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 class of 2019.
