CBRE Group, Inc. announced that Jason Brown was promoted to first vice president. As a first vice president, Brown will continue to work with the Debt & Structured Finance group where he arranges debt and equity capital solutions for clients and CBRE brokers in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio and Michigan.
Since joining CBRE in 2007, he has helped significantly expand the Debt & Structured Finance group’s offerings throughout the Midwest. Prior to joining CBRE, Brown was a director at iCap Realty Advisors, a national commercial mortgage banking firm where he arranged approximately $300 million in debt and equity capital.
