CBRE promotes Jon Milonas to SVP

Jon Milonas has been promoted to senior vice president within the advisory & transaction services, occupier group for CBRE in Chicago. Milonas joined CBRE in 2007 as an intern and has quickly risen through the ranks. He has completed more than 350 transactions in his career and is now one of the youngest senior vice presidents at CBRE’s Chicago office.

Milonas focuses on representing clients in the downtown office market across all industries, but has specialized within the legal, financial services and tech industries over the past few years. Some of his significant clients include: Morningstar, Societe Generale, Hewlett Packard, CIBC and Willis Towers Watson

A thought leader in the industry, Milonas is the author of “Kicking Off Your Office Lease: 6 Proven Steps to Develop a Thorough Strategy and Avoid Costly Mistakes.” Also, he recently released an album of original music, Harmonies of Hope. He resides in River Forest with his wife and son.
