CBRE has promoted Jon Springer to executive vice president within the firm’s Tenant Representation group.
Springer joined the firm following its merger with Insignia/ESG. Since then, he has completed nearly 800 transactions and has been involved in almost ten million square feet of transactions for clients ranging from many industries, such as technology, financial services and healthcare.
In 2015, Springer completed 100 transactions exceeding one million square feet and he was nationally recognized as one of the Top 275 National Producers of which he has qualified for many times in the past.
Locally, he is one of the Top 5 Producers in the Chicago Tenant Representation group.
Springer was a past finalist for the NAIOP Suburban Transaction of the Year award.
