CBRE announced has promoted Matt Mulvihill to executive vice president within the firm’s Industrial and Logistics Services group.
His experience spans across all industrial transactions types including dispositions, acquisitions, leases, build-to-suits, and investment sales.
Throughout his career, Mulvihill has completed more than $1 billion in transactions and in the past three years, his deals have exceeded 10 million square feet of activity.
He joined CBRE in 2012 and has been listed as one of CBRE Chicago’s Top Ten Producers each year since he joined the company. For the last two years, he was CBRE’s No. 4 National Industrial Producer. Mulvihill is also a two-time NAIOP Awards for Excellence winner and a recipient of the Greater Chicago Food Depository’s Real Estate Industrial Transaction of the Year Award.
