Jeremy Kraus, Tim Schenke and Doug Whitten, professionals from CBRE’s industrial and logistics real estate services department, were recently promoted to senior vice president.
This title is an achievement designated to real estate professionals who sustain high performance in their industry during multiple years.
All three are members of CBRE’s industrial services providers team. The team has worked the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky markets for more than 30 years. It has completed more than 730 transactions valued at more than $1.3 billion and totaling 59 million square feet.
