The CBRE Debt & Structured Finance team of Mike Ryan, Richard Henry, JP Cordeiro, and Taylor Crowder represented Raith Capital Partners and secured the acquisition loan with Starwood.
The portfolio consists of four fully leased, small‑ and mid‑bay industrial assets positioned in one of the nation’s strongest logistics markets. The addresses for the properties are as follows:
- 300 Oak Bluff Lane, Goodlettsville, TN – 207,080 sq. ft.
- 100 Northfork Lane, Goodlettsville, TN – 67,000 sq. ft.
- 200 Northfork Lane, Goodlettsville, TN – 100,500 sq. ft.
- 801 Swan Drive, Smyrna, TN – 229,504 sq. ft.
Delivered between 1993 and 1998, the assets feature clear heights ranging from 24 to 30 feet, functional loading, and immediate connectivity to Interstates 65, 24, 40, and 840, providing exceptional regional distribution reach. The buildings are 100% leased to five tenants.
