CBRE Group, Inc. recently closed a three-property multifamily portfolio in Anderson, Indiana.
Jason Brown and Dan Gable from CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt & Structured Finance team worked with Starwood Mortgage Capital on behalf of Michael James and James Management Group in the transaction.
Each of the three deals have ten-year terms with 30-year amortization.
The properties involved in this deal are Villages on Madison, a recapitalization and refinance of a 214-unit property at 4325 S. Madison Ave. for $6.86 million; Cross Lakes, an acquisition loan of $7.25 million for a 212-unit property at 1800 Cross Lakes Blvd.; and Giant Oaks, an acquisition loan of $1.45 million for a 72-unit apartment building at 1312 W. 8th St.
