CBRE recently represented Avgeris & Associates in the lease of 98,840 square feet to National Express at 2005 W. 43rd Street in Chicago. National Express, which is relocating from 1200 W. Fulton Market in the Fulton Market neighborhood, will occupy its new space in the second quarter of this year.

Mitch Adams and Nicole Mentone of CBRE represented Avgeris in the transaction. Chris Gary of NAI Hiffman represented National Express in the deal.

“This will be a great deal for National Express as Avgeris was able to include four acres of contiguous land to accommodate parking of the firm’s fleet of 300 vans,” said CBRE’s Adams. “National Express will also be receiving excellent new interior accommodations at this location.”

The new location on Chicago’s South Side will offer superior parking options for National Express, meeting its large requirement. Avgeris is an investor, developer, owner and operator of commercial real estate. In the past 25 years, the Lombard, IL-based firm has been active in more than 25 million square feet of commercial activity.
