CBRE represented Tucker Development in two leases totaling 46,146 square feet at The Offices at 900 West in Chicago.
CBRE’s Ron Lakin, Jessica O’Hara and Ellen Zalatoris represented Tucker in the leases with Spaces and ParkerGale. The two deals bring the building to full occupancy.
The transactions were completed in May and are part of a large-scale office and retail redevelopment taking place in the heart of Chicago’s Fulton Market neighborhood.
Spaces is an Amsterdam-based co-working provider opening its first Chicago-area location. Bill Rogers and Kerry Gilar of JLL represented the company in the deal. They plan to move into the space in early 2018.
ParkerGale is a private investment firm and leased 6,146 square feet at the property in a previous transaction. The firm first occupied the space in August and was represented by Jud Henry of EnTrust Realty Advisors.
