The sales team of George Stecz and Don Roberts of CBRE’s Columbus investment properties division recently represented the seller, Blackstone, in the sale of 4650 Lakehurst Court in Dublin, Ohio.
That building is better known as the Qwest building because is 100-percent occupied by Qwest Communications.
The building sold in early December to Wells Real Estate Funds for more than $25 million.
4650 Lakehurst Court is a four-story 164,639-square-foot Class-A office building that was built in 1990. It sits on about 13 acres.
