CBRE has announced that MS Warehousing, a local freight management and warehousing provider, has pre-leased approximately 212,280 square feet of warehousing space at First Liberty Logistics Center, a brand-new, Class-A industrial development in Houston, Texas.
The development broke ground August 13 with an expected delivery date of fall 2025.
Grant Hortenstine, SIOR, with CBRE in Houston and Bob Berry, SIOR, with Savills represented MS Warehousing in lease negotiations. The development is being marketed by David Munson, SIOR, and Garrett Thomas with Cushman & Wakefield on behalf of First Industrial Realty Trust, the project’s owner and developer.
MS Warehousing will be the lead tenant at First Liberty Logistics Center, a speculative 424,560 sq. ft. development on 26.63 acres in Houston’s Northeast submarket. The development features direct access to I-610 East and is located near the Houston Container Terminals.
MS Warehousing is a veteran and minority family-owned and operated 3PL provider, focused on importing and exporting goods across the Texas Gulf Coast. They selected First Liberty Logistics Center for their expansion because of the proximity to the bustling Turning Basin Business Park, as well as the direct access to I-610.
