CBRE has been hired by Ricardo, Inc. as the exclusive listing agent for 40000 Ricardo Drive in Van Buren Township, Michigan.

Gregg Loichinger and Brandon Carnegie will handle the listing for CBRE.

Located with immediate access to I-275 and Ecorse Road, the 76,763-square-foot office and warehouse space provides connectivity to the greater Detroit area.

The property consists of 52,000 square feet of office on two floors and 24,234 square feet of warehouse space with 24-foot clearance, one truck well and five grade-level doors. The property offers 206 parking spaces. Monument signage is available in front of the building.

The property is owned by Ricardo Real Estate LLC., a newly formed subsidiary of Ricardo Investments, which manages all global investments for Ricardo PLC, a global strategic engineering and environmental consultancy that specializes in the transport, energy and scarce resources sectors. Ricardo is seeking to sell the property and relocate, or, consider a sale-leaseback transaction.
