CBRE is selling the Colonial Warehouse, a historic asset in the heart of the North Loop district of Minneapolis.
The five-story 181,200-square-foot brick-and-timber building was built in 1890, and has been renovated into modern office and retail space. The property is surrounded by a mix of high-end retailers, restaurants, housing and entertainment.
The Minneapolis-based team of Steven Buss, Ryan Watts, Judd Welliver, Tom Holtz and Sonja Dusil is representing the property on behalf of its private owner.
